How long is the rental?
Venue XIV is available Sunday -Saturday for all events from 9:00 A.M to 12:00AM. This gives you the flexibility to hold your ceremony and reception at times that best fit your vision.
Do you offer rehearsal Times or dinners?
Yes! Rehearsal times are offered during the week only and are subject to availability. We are happy to host your rehearsal dinner prior to your wedding! Please contact your sale rep for assistance with booking.
Can I choose my own vendors?
Yes. we have a preferred list to assist with this process. Off-site catering will carries a fee of $1500. They must be licensed and issued. we require caterers to provide staffing (1 per 25 guests) for service and clean up. No self serve options allowed.Other conditions may apply for restaurant caterers. No food trucks allowed
Can I BYOB or have my own bartender?
No! Venue XIV does not allow outside alcohol or bartende. You will need to purchase your bar packages directly with the venue.
Do I need a coordinator?
We recommend using a coordinator or planner to make sure your vision is carried out. We can provide you with preferred list to assist you.
What happens if the weather is bad for my outside ceremony?
We advised for our client keep an eye on the weather as your date approaches. In the event of unforeseen weather we will recommend our client move the ceremony inside. Venue XIV is unable to provide any additional services such as tents etc for unforeseen weather and no credits can be given for this.
How do I receive my date?
To reserve your date, client must review and sign the digital terms and conditions and submit a 30% deposit.
How is the Parking?
There is an on-site public parking lot next to the venue. All- inclusive packages will include event packing. If the client elects not to use the all-inclusive option parking is avaliable in lot 6 for $11.00 per car. We will provide you a link to provide to your guests.
